Trade Exhibitors

Ensure your company's exposure to the entire Australian film industry

Trade Exhibitors

When it comes to the biggest blockbusters, the latest trends, the newest technologies and accumulating the entire industry in one place at one time, only the Australian International Movie Convention delivers.

If your company supplies a cinema with anything from the projection box, the auditoriums, the candy bar, the staff - right through to the cleaners - then you should be presenting your products at the AIMC - the only event on the Australian film calendar that brings all areas of the film industry together in the one place.

In 2013 we have designed Trade Show Packages so you can not only take part in the benefits of the AIMC Trade Show, but also utilise the registration component to network with delegates during all the program activities including the seminar sessions, screenings and evening functions.  Our packages are economically priced, provide additional signage and marketing benefits, and will suit every budget.  The registration component can be used by one person or shared between staff members over the five days of the convention.

For more information on all the benefits and prices, download our TRADE SHOW PACKAGE INFORMATION KIT  and TRADE SHOW BOOKING FORM.

Why do our trade exhibitors keep coming back?

"As an exhibitor at the AIMC we have found it a really effective way to get in front of our target market and a key opportunity to showcase our cinema seating products. The convention management have been very supportive in making the event as successful as possible."  Murray Kennedy, Managing Director, Alloyfold

  • Security
Security will be provided to the Trade Exhibition area during opening hours for the four days of the event.
  • Scanning

AIMC uses scanning devices to provide information on delegate attendances at the various sessions and functions throughout the convention.

Should your company wish to track visitors to your trade stand you can hire your own tracker which allows you to scan the delegate's barcode, which is then converted to their name and company details, saving you time in manually keeping track of all visitors to your stand. At the completion of the convention, AIMC administration can download your leads and return details to you so that you can commence your follow up.

There are a number of different trackers and options available for hire. To find out more visit www.tradevent.com.au and if you wish to obtain a quote please email Regina Hardy .
