On Arrival
Please ensure you register at the Convention Office, Broadbeach Room, The Pavilion Convention Centre, Jupiters Hotel & Casino Gold Coast, where you will be issued with the final agenda, name badge and breakfast vouchers.
Breakfast Vouchers
Please ensure you have received breakfast vouchers for all days you are registered for the convention. These are only valid for redemption at Jupiter's Hotel & Casino, Food Fantasy Restaurant, and cannot be exchanged for in-room dining or cash.
Registration name badges
Registration name badges MUST be worn and visible at all times. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE VARIOUS FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES WITHOUT YOUR NAME BADGE. You will be asked to present your name badge to AIMC personnel to scan and check validity for various functions.
Transfer Policy
Written requests via post, fax or email to transfer a registration to another person will be honoured free of charge up to and including 1 August 2010, after which an administration fee of AUD$77 (inc. GST) per person will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Written requests via post, fax or email to cancel a registration will be processed in the following manner:
- Received up to and including 16 July 2010 - full refund *
- Received between 17 July and including 1 August 2010 - registration will be refunded less a AUD$77 (inc. GST) per person administration fee *
- Received on or after 2 August 2010 - no refunds will be issued
* if the original payment was made by credit card, there will be no refund of the 3.5% credit card booking fee.
Privacy Act
Information provided will remain the property of MPEAQ and will be utilised to assist in the management of the convention including registrations, travel and accommodation, catering, trade show booths and sponsorship. More information is available on our Privacy Policy.
Mobile Phones & Recording Equipment
No mobile phones, cameras or recording equipment of any kind will be allowed into the cinema for any screenings.
