Please ensure you register at the Convention Office, Broadbeach Room, The Pavilion Convention Centre, Jupiters Hotel & Casino Gold Coast, where you will be issued with the final program, name badge and breakfast vouchers.

Please ensure you have received breakfast vouchers for all days you are registered for the convention. These are only valid for redemption at Jupiter's Hotel & Casino, Food Fantasy Restaurant, and cannot be exchanged for in-room dining or cash.
Registration name badges
Registration name badges MUST be worn and visible at all times. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE VARIOUS FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES WITHOUT YOUR NAME BADGE. You will be asked to present your name badge to AIMC personnel to scan and check validity for various functions.
Transfer / Substitution Policy
Substitutions are only allowed with the permission of the original registrant. A substitution is a straight transfer of registration credentials with no adjustment to the registration category or payment. Requests for a straight substitution received on or prior to 28 August 2015 will be honoured free of charge. Requests received on or after 29 August will be subject to an additional processing fee of AUD$77 (inc GST).
If a change to the registration category or payment is required, there will be an additional processing fee of AUD$77 (inc GST).
Requests for transfers/substitutions must be in writing via post, fax or email.
We understand that circumstances change and you may have to cancel your registration. In the event that no transfer can be made to another delegate, submit a written request to cancel via post, fax or email . No cancellations will be acknowledged unless in writing.
- Received on or prior to 28 August 2015 - full refund *
- Received between 29 August and 28 September 2015 - registration will be refunded less a AUD$77 (inc GST) per person administration fee *
- Received on or after 29 September 2015 - no refunds will be issued
* If the original payment was made by credit card, there will be no refund of the 3.5% credit card booking fee.
Credit card refunds will be issued back to the original credit card upon approval.
Cheque refunds will be issued approximately 3-4 weeks after the AIMC has closed.
