On Arrival: Please ensure you register at the Convention Office in the Broadbeach Room, The Pavilion Convention Centre, Jupiters Hotel & Casino Gold Coast where you will be issued with the final agenda, name badge and breakfast vouchers.
Registration name badges: MUST be worn and visible at all times. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE VARIOUS FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES WITHOUT YOUR NAME BADGE. You will be asked to present your name badge to AIMC personnel to scan and check validity for various functions.
Breakfast vouchers: Please ensure you have received breakfast vouchers for all the days you are registered for the convention. These are only valid for redemption at Jupiters Hotel & Casino's Food Fantasy restaurant and cannot be exchanged for in-room dining or cash.
Mobile phones & recording equipment: No recording equipment will be allowed into the cinema for any screenings. AXIS security will provide low light surveillance of the cinema to immediately identify any breaches of use of recording equipment.
RENTRAK $10million plus - AIMC Box Office Achievement Awards: Please be on time to each distributor presentation as this year the $10 Million plus Box Office Achievement Awards will be presented to the distributors at the beginning of their trailer and film presentations. The AIMC Box Office Awards luncheon will focus on the Highest Grossing Awards for 2010 / 2011.
