The AIMC includes distributor film presentations, seminars, keynote speakers, trade show, gala evening events and much more.

  • All prices inclusive of GST. Credit Card payments will attract a 3.5% booking fee.
  • Registrations cannot be finalised until full payment is received.

Where is the event?

The event is held at the Crowne Plaza Royal Pines Golf Resort & Spa, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

What does my ticket include?

Full and day registrations include all convention activities covering meals, receptions, films, seminars and the trade show. There are no part day registrations, however Evening Function tickets are available for purchase.
Please note that accommodation is NOT included in the cost of your registration and should be booked separately via the Travel and Accommodation form with Stage and Screen Travel Services.

How do I get my tickets?

Upon arrival, please ensure you register at the Convention Office where you will be issued with the final agenda, name badge and meal tickets.

What if I need to cancel?

Written requests to cancel a registration will be honoured through to 15 August 2008, and will be subject to an AUD$50 cancellation fee. There will be NO refunds issued after 15 August 2008. Any registrations made during the convention, but subsequently cancelled will be charged to the delegate.

Can I transfer my ticket to another colleague?

Written requests to transfer a registration to another person will be honoured through to 15 August 2008, after which they will be subject to an AUD$50 transfer fee.

Can I book my own accommodation?

To ensure a place at one of the Convention hotels, we recommend you book your accommodation via our travel provider Stage & Screen Travel. Stage & Screen Travel also have great rates at other hotels and apartments. You may also book your own accommodation.
